The project is in essence on the progress to integrate the practice of Maternal Death Review (MDR) within healthcare delivery systems in Nigeria.
As part of the project implementation WHARC paid an advocacy visit to the Lagos State commissioner for Health and Lagos State Maternal Death Review Committee, identified seven facilities for the project implementation which include one tertiary, two Secondary and four Primary Health care facilities.
