Prof. Michael Okobia

Prof. Michael Okobia is a Professor of Surgery at the University of Benin and a Consultant Surgeon to the University of Benin Teaching Hospital. He is a very active member and an important Associate of the Centre. He is a fellow of Surgery in the National and West African Postgraduate Medical Colleges respectively. Also, Professor Okobia has M.Sc and PhD degrees in epidemiology from the University of Pittsburgh,U.S.A. He functions in several capacities in the Centre which include; Clinical Consultant, member of board of management of the Reproductive Health Clinic and as Assistant Editor of the African Journal of Reproductive Health.
